The manager or the dude behind the register has the worst customer service ! Called in while I was on my ten and ordered a plate for myself to have it ready 4 when I arrived to pay and handed my 20 to the guy he said they made 4 plates and then said that I asked for 4 of them when I proceeded in a calm manner to say I only ordered one and that I wanted to have it ready at 4 the guy went crazy and started saying I was “cheating him” the lady came up behind him saying “it was okay” that it was a mess up over the phone but the guy wasn’t having it and as I stood there for a while the lady and the guy argued about it and as he continued to say stuff about how I was “cheating him” I asked for my money back due to being fed up about a misunderstanding that they messed up I then walked away but as I did he yelled “get out of here” to make himself feel better I’m guessing but I wouldn’t recommend this place

Quick food, fresh, hot and tasty. This is our go to place at the outlet mall

Tasty, it’s express food, so not sure why people give low ratings for what they should expect. Great service good food, staff made alterations to make sure my dish was how I wanted it. So clearly not “ pre made” as as far as price, when business is slow from a bad economy, the cost of services that are still open go up. This is all normal. Great place for a bite of food.

The food is delicious, but the wait can be a bit long. However, it is definitely worth it!

The woman at the restaurant was extremely impolite. When I inquired about getting a side of orange buns, she replied with a snide remark, saying "we are not Panda Express." She could have simply said no without being sarcastic. The food was subpar; we mostly ate the rice and ended up throwing away the majority of our meal. Despite this, all three of us felt ill afterwards (experiencing intense nausea, bloating, and gastrointestinal discomfort).
