Feedback gevenThe delivery driver was 46 minutes late beyond the scheduled time. She marked in her app that she had already picked up my food and was on her way, but that was not true. After receiving those texts, it took her an additional 27 minutes to arrive at my house, even though it's only a 6.5-minute drive. To make matters worse, she almost hit my mailbox because she wasn't paying attention. Additionally, she had a significant language barrier and couldn't communicate in English. When she finally handed me my food, she lingered and gave me a somewhat rude look, as if she were expecting a tip. I don’t tip drivers who provide that kind of service, plain and simple. I called Pizza Hut to discuss my experience, and the manager was very understanding. She explained that all Pizza Hut locations are required to use DoorDash drivers, which is unfortunate. I also complimented the Pizza Hut team in Woodburn for their fantastic service, and as a gesture of goodwill, the manager offered me a free large pizza and a $15 credit for my next order. Overall, I believe that using DoorDash is a waste of time and money for both the business and the customers.
If you can't provide delivery, you should remove that option from the app. I'm sure it's possible for you to do so. Also, why are you partnering with DoorDash? And why is it card-only? If I wanted to order through DoorDash, I would just do that. Whenever they call to inform me that delivery isn't available, they're always quite rude.
They outsourced my delivery to Doordash, didn 't give the driver my complete address, and the driver didn 't leave me my soda and wouldn 't answer his phone. When I called the store, the first person I talked to put me on hold and then hung up on me. When Icalled back, the second person told me there was nothing they could do but give me a free soda for next time, as if I 'll everorder from this place again. Save your sanity and get your pizza from somewhere else.
I've never had any problems with this location! It's usually quick and easy to get takeout.
While businesses are struggling to find employees that does not negate honesty. They shouldn 't be accepting delivery orders if they know they are short drivers. Order had been sitting and was horrible by the time we picked up our delivery order. Lessonlearned.
