Nutrition Cave - Woodbury

This was my first time coming to the Nutrition Cave in Woodbury and it?s definitely a 5/5 stars experience! Vickie and her husband were SO helpful in helping me pick out an amazing flavor combo. They were so kind and I can?t wait to come back andbring my husband! There are so many different flavors to choose from and combinations to try. And everything I had wasdelicious! I highly recommend them for all your wellness treat needs!

I enjoy going to this place. Friendly staff. Their tea bombs are delicious and every flavor is fun to try. I enjoy their shakes as well: very delicious. I?m overall happy with the shake flavors but I?d be open to a couple of other unique flavors added tothe menu but of course that?s just me.

Good place, friendly staff. I'm used to my local nutrition clubs, and sizing must be different here. When asked I chose a mega, but got the regular size that my clubs have. Unfortunately, I think the tea I ordered had all the flavor of a mega (tall) in asmall size, and it was so sweet that I unfortunately couldn't even drink it. Which I didn't realize until after I left.Disappointing, since it was definitely the price of a larger tea. Definitely talk to the shake tender before ordering so thatyou know what to expect, but then you should be good to go.

Been here twice looks like it's a mom pop shop. Very small and family oriented I think which is cool cause their aren't a lot of places like this anymore. Prices are 9 for a combo meal which is a good price , one thing I must say they use a lot of ice inwhich takes away from the flavor of the shake. And the women owner ? there did not once look me in my eye both times when I wasthere which was very odd idk if she was having a off day both days but yeah the service felt like a cold shoulder so idk ifit'll go there again.

Tried their strawberry lemonade boosted tea and the house blend coffee... Both very good!! The owner was super friendly and had a welcoming smile. Will definitely be stopping in again.
