Red Lobster - Woodbury

Food quality is on the hill. They better go to bjs and buy their frozen seafood area and make it home. They probably have better variety and quality there. Nothing special in the menu and overpriced. The sea snakes were the size of the dimens.. Wait, the staff was pleasant.

I took my mother tonight and was totally disappointed. Waited at least 15 minutes before visiting a server and then another 30-35 minutes and we do not have our food and this in a restaurant that had no more than 20 customers at the time. I was waiting and told the manager that I didn't want to eat anymore, I just want to pay what I owe and go and I was in Awe when he told me? ll be $7 for the two probes, and at no point he apologised or seemed to be annoying about the situation. I could only shake my head and give him the money for the two sodas after the terrible service they have done. In the past, raves about this place, but obviously things have changed drastically. You have to do better. I understand why there were very few customers there. Bad customer service. Manager!!

Good dinner, but the star of the show was Samantha the bartender. She was amazing. Keep the bar and service of yourself... all with a great attitude and fantastic sense of humor. Never complained!!! I will definitely come back to see her.
