Sapporo Sushi And Asian Bistro

It's decent, but not outstanding. There are better sushi options available, but this one is still reliable.

We've visited this restaurant about five times since it opened, and each experience has been consistently delightful. The food is fresh and beautifully presented. We've tried many of the rolls, and the BMW roll has become a family favorite, adored by both of our kids. One of our children loves the roasted rice and often orders it with his choice of protein. For a shared family dish, we always get the bamboo, which is packed with fresh steamed vegetables. I've had the curry soup several times with shrimp, and I typically order it with brown rice and extra steamed veggies. It's so delicious! I can't wait for our next meal!

The chicken chocolate curry was just the right level of spicy and tasty. edamame was a great success, and then filled me the scarlet and winterroll. I also enjoyed the Japanese cosmopolitan.

I am writing a negative review after using the OpenTable app to make a reservation. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed, with a sign posted in the window. I've been there before and had a great experience (the lunches are definitely worth it!), although the service was not up to par.

Fast, attentive service and excellently presented dishes made it a special dining experience.
