Ashlie was excellent! Very personal and attentive; never had an empty drink! She has a great personality and a great sense of humor. If I own a restaurant, I'd hire her right away. 10/10 Server! I will now request Ashlies section when I visit the Applebees in Woodhaven.

I typically sit at the bar to have a beer and a meal at this restaurant. I come here every Monday with a friend to take advantage of the generous 30% discount for veterans. Since I have gotten to know some of the staff, I will sometimes stop by just to have a beer and catch up. One particular staff member, Hannah, exemplifies friendliness, professionalism, and is always a joy to be around. She is consistently happy and friendly, no matter the circumstance. Hannah truly deserves the best that Applebee's has to offer.

As someone who works in customer service, I can attest that individuals like Hannah are rare to come by. She is a natural and truly embodies the essence of excellent service. The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly and helpful, and the drinks are always top-notch! Happy Hour is a must-try.
