Five Guys - Woodhaven

We ordered a little cheeseburger with light mayo; cheeseburger plain, large fries and large drink, total was just over $34 which is fine if service was good and order was correct. A friend of one of the workers came in 5 minutes after we did and put in an order and somehow his food came up before ours; it took at least another 10 minutes before we got our order. We The light mayo I asked for was more like a big glob of mayo. For the prices they are charging the food and service should be way better than it is. Maybe try having a mature adult managing the employees. I live in Plymouth and have not had this kind of experience at the Plymouth 5 Guys. Won’t be back to the Woodhaven store.

First time eating at five guys, and I don't know if this is the norm for those place or what, but my cheeseburger was extremely greasy I mean to the point I can only take two bites before I had to stop.. My fries literally tasted like somebody dumped a pound salt on them this place is pretty pricey so I'm really disappointed in how this food turned out

We got there right at opening and waited 10 minutes to eat our awesome lunch. We couldn't finish half of the large fries between two adults. Quality food and the workers have the best attitudes.

Ordered from Active Menu online for delivery . Food was delivered rather quickly an it was still warm enough that I didn't gave to reheat anything. 5 Guys always delicious, never disappointingKid-friendliness: Kids food is available and their shakes are good

I was in here a few days ago with my brother. My brother is autistic, and he use to love Five Guys. But now he can't stand them. As we were going through the line some kid named Nick and another kid were making fun of my brother, they were laughing at him because of how autistic he was. My brother can't help that he acts that way. Nick and that other kid should be fired if you ask me. Not to mention the bathrooms were dirty as I have never seenYou will not be going back to this restaurant and we recommend especially if you have children with special needs do not go to this particular restaurant...Thanks for listening.....
