Mcdonald's - Woodhaven

By the drive ordered, there was my order given up, but not all. it was said that there should be a good day. I didn't know I didn't get anything until I was gone. I couldn't go back because I didn't get a quit.

I waited in the drive thru lane because rest was closed for the public..ke problem there. place an order for 3 orders of pancakes..Special request. I asked for them not to be heated..the young man asks what one means. I said not cooked cold, please. paid for ordering, I was given 3 pancakes and jus by feeling that I could say that we cooked back to the young man and asked for cold, he spoke to someone in the bake, who said that the lower were hot from the table not true. the bottom for cold pancakes is granddaughter like mcdonald's pancakes, but she sleeps at the washing and when pancakes are reheated, they are gummy and she is not called to eat and spoke to manager who said everything had to be cooked. I said this is good if they only say that while I had been in the line, I would have gone to another place that could honor my question. so 9.51 I'm out because g daughter won't eat rubber-like pancakes.

The passage of mcdonald at this place is always wrapped around the building, the restaurant is underoccupied and the service is extremely bad with a long wait for everything! and in the lobby there is no self service soda fountain anymore!

Sad 8 out of 10 times when I come here, something is wrong with my order. last time I made the mistake not to check because in a hurry and paid the price at home when they gave me two completely different sandwiches I did not order. I still ate them, but not what I really wanted. the service is fast, but causing errors so they need a better way to check the orderings right while fast service.

These guys are awesome and the food was fresh but man they forgot one of my sandwiches and I shoulda checked before I left but I was in a rush. One of my friends had to eat chicken nuggets instead, so wasn't the worst experience BUT I'll be checking the bag from now on ?
