Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Woodhaven

The three cheese chicken bread tasted stale, as if it had been made the day before. However, the smoothie was delicious!

I would give this restaurant less than 1 star if I could. Normally, I am satisfied with their food and my orders are good. However, this time was absolutely terrible. The sandwich I received was completely wrong - I don't eat meat, yet I was given a chicken sandwich that was barely wrapped and falling apart in the bag. The chips were incorrect, the cookie was dry and tasted old, and to top it off, the correct order ticket was stuck to the bag. It seemed like they weren't paying attention and just threw random items in the bag. Maybe someone else received my order and I got theirs, I have no idea. The only thing they got somewhat right was my smoothie, but even that was watered down. I am extremely disappointed and it will be a long time before I consider dining at this restaurant again.

Overall, I would say that the restaurant is average. I did not receive the second drink I ordered and paid for, and the extra chicken option did not seem to have made a difference in the amount of chicken provided. I have ordered similar dishes from other restaurants that have had more chicken than this extra order here. The food was decent, but the attention to detail was lacking.

The detox DETOX ISLAND GREEN was really good.. You can really taste the health lol.. everything tasted fresh and the ALL AMERICAN WRAP was really fresh and hot

I really loved the PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH FLATBREAD it was so delicious. I have to order it again. thank you.
