Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Woodhaven

This is the 3rd time that I have ordered and paided to have chia seeds put in my smoothie and they haven't added them. Just fyi chia seeds are not something that you can't tell if they have been added or not. It is very noticeable, stop stealing from your customers, how dishonest. I wonder how many other additions they aren't adding to peoples smoothies and charging them $1 for it anyways.You can tell by the generic message that is on every negative review that the owner of this place doesn't care at all.

Garbage tossed is what happen to my smoothie tropical doesnt believe in putting sugar in there bland smoothies I guess worst smoothie ever paid nearly 5.00 due to the add ins total disappointment could have gotten better one a at smoothie king???

Racist and disgusting. The owners and the staff are prejudicial and racist. They racially profiled and discriminated against my brother in law. When this was taken to corporate the owner proceeded to verbally harass my sister further, and defend the employee while calling names and yelling profanities. I will never return to any of his establishments. The smoothies, employees, and ownership are awful. Just because you’re wealthy doesn’t make you qualified to run a business.

The staff was stereotyping a friend of mine and it came off racist. The had very poor attitude, along with being very rude.

This store promotes hate and racially profiles. We live in a world where you are guilty until proven innocent! Disgusting and shameful!
