Sora Sushi - Woodinville

Best sushi in woodinville! delicious, fresh, friendly service. we love that it is a smaller restaurant. they can eat outside what we often do. the lunch sushi bento is generously dimensioned and has a beautiful variety: 4 pieces sushi, a greensalat with a miso ingwer dressing, california roll, tempoura veggies and a tempura prawn, gyoza and miso suppe. we also had their sashimi, yakisoba, teriyaki huhn, chirashisushi, donburi, tonkatsu and udon suppe. all our Japanese favorites and all well prepared. a firm for eyes and likes! the sushi is consistently good. it is nice to know that we can count on fresh sushi if we want it. we'd rather eat there by lunch. they are closed on Mondays, so they keep this in mind. their price point is very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food for each plate.

We ordered tempura and sushi. Some of the tempura pieces got raw flour powder inside. Very gross. Sushi got way too much sauce on the top. Experience with the service is not good either. The waiter makes it sounds like we didn’t order enough food and make us order too much. Would never come back again.

Sora Sushi has a great ambience and food that's just as great. We felt very welcome and looked after. Its a great place for dinner!

This review is really 3.5 stars. Sora is our nearest sushi restaurant and it's definitely not a bad choice. The service and quality are extremely consistent; when I'm craving what they have, I'm never disappointed. They have a nice range of rolls, from the overstuffed American type to more traditional rolls like Negihama and oshinko. I don't get a lot of nigiri sushi here, because the cuts are too large for me to enjoy; however, you definitely get your money's worth if that's what you like. The cooked dishes I've tried have been yummy. I would say the sushi is more American-style than strictly traditional, but if you don't mind that, then consider this a four-star review. Parking can be a real chore at peak hours so allow time for that.

Amazing sushi place. Specifically, dragon roll and baked roll. They do have a juicy, yummy rib eye steaks. Clen and nice vibe. Differently recommended this place!Food: 5/5
