They're willing to fully accommodate dietary preferences with various substitutions. The wine pairing was from a variety of Washington Oregon sub AVAs The non alcoholic pairing was a bit unusual and strange and two of the drinks served as NA had an ABV above 0% which was a little disturbing. I prefer to skip those NA pairings since I don't have a taste for them but it weirdly wasn't an option you are forced to have it. There's no option to simply order a soda water or other drink to have with your meal. This was a disappointment. Getting a reservation is unusually difficult. They make you create an account and share all your personal info just to request a reservation. Then they say they'll get back to you within the day or by the next business day, but I had to follow up a few business days later to confirm since I heard nothing. The person then responded spelled my name wrong (after I spelled it correctly on the account they made me create in the email follow up). This was a disappointment Their staff called me the day before to confirm my dietary preferences. Then upon arrival they again wanted to ask me my dietary preferences. This was all after I already noted my dietary preferences on the profile they made me create to book the reservation. It was a bit redundant disappointing. There is no valet or handicap parking close to their door. I had to hobble on crutches from far away just to get to the door. This was a disappointment and caused me physical discomfort. I'm actually surprised this was the AAA 5 Diamond restaurant of Washington State considering there are better restaurants of an equal caliber that have a better overall guest experience and food drink. The end to end experience was disappointing given the hype, awards cost.
Really really good. Fantastic atmosphere, great service, interesting and delicious food.
Definitely must go experience while visiting beuatiful city of Seattle. I 've been to dozens of Michelin star restaurants and Herbfarm definitely deserves 2...3 stars rating. Magnificent service, mind blowing food, great wine pairing and it 's all combined with cozy atmosphere. Best invested ±400$ while visiting Washington State
Definitely not in my usual budget, but I was fortunate to have a gift card and the whole evening was downright magical. The food was FANTASTIC and very local (I didn't even know you could eat devil's club! , and despite our laundry list of intolerances, every dish we were given felt intentional and carefully crafted, not just like substitutes or consolation prizes. Best gluten-free bread I've ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the live guitar music was lovely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Dietary restrictions: Between the two of us, we couldn't have gluten, dairy, nuts, red wine, seeds, shellfish, garlic, or coffee. They took care to give us delicious substitutions for everything, and it didn't feel like second-best at all!
Exceptional food and wine service. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner during the Revelry of Spring menu. Highly recommend!
