I'm thrilled that Veggie Grill has introduced the Mas Veggie Taqueria menu at Dunes, so now customers can order from the Taqueria menu at most Veggie Grill locations. I highly recommend the chickpea tacos and the chickpea tinga nachos—they're both delicious and perfectly seasoned. I can't wait to explore more of the menu soon!
When I received it, the presentation was a mess. The lids on the containers didn’t fit well at all, and they appeared to be held together in a paper bag that had clearly been jostled around during transport, leading to spills in my car and on my daughter. The toppings seemed to barely cover the burrito, which made it impossible to keep everything from spilling out (I was so frustrated that I even cried and spoke to the manager, who explained that sometimes they receive lids that don’t fit and recommended taping them shut). To make matters worse, the burrito itself was cold. When I opened it, the tortilla was so soggy that it was falling apart, and there was hardly any guacamole inside. I expected it to come with double guacamole, considering I had also paid for an extra serving, but it was disappointing. My family and I have enjoyed dining at Veggie Grill around 25 times this year. Although there have been occasional issues, tonight was just a complete disaster.
