Thai Fusion Bistro - Woodland Hills

I asked for for spicy flat noodles and they did them sooo good orange chicken was okay but noodles and fried rice were great! beef was ok needed more seasonings but overall very tasty!!

I recently tried the Fried Calamari at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! Trust me, I've had calamari at many places, but this one really stood out. It was delivered twice and both times it was crispy and incredibly tasty. I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I had to let you know. The Pad See Ew beef was also good, although not the best I've had. The Tom Kha soup was thick and tasty, but I personally prefer more lime in it. Overall, I am impressed with the food and will definitely order again, especially for the Fried Calamari.

The lunch Khao Soi is a delicious dish, especially when you're not feeling well. However, be aware that they pack it in a divided container with a small salad. Unfortunately, during transport, the curry soup ended up in the salad section and the veggies and chicken were dry. I mixed the salad with the curry and it turned out fine. Hopefully, the restaurant can switch to soup containers soon.

I was not satisfied with the food at this restaurant. The pad Thai was lacking in meat, with only 2 shrimp and a few small pieces of chicken. If they are not able to provide enough meat, they should not offer the dish with shrimp and chicken. Additionally, the egg rolls were not crispy.

Amazing as usual. Broth is amazing
