Parking: Shares a location with a laundromat and a 7/11 so usually busy area. A lot on homeless as well.
I ordered chicken nachos. The chicken smelled really bad. So, I returned it immediately and asked for plain nachos. No apology from anyone. Not even a return on at least the added charge for the chicken that was bad. I tipped $4 from the first of my transaction. Total cost of the meal $21.82. I checked my c/c acct to see if they would do the right thing and at least refund me the additional cost, no such luck. These people are totally out to screw their own customers. I will NEVER go there again and I’ve already started telling everyone of my bad first and only experience at this establishment.
I ordered 3 pork tacos to snack on while I was doing laundry. When I got them, I tried to eat the first one and it was WAY TOO SPICY HOT! My mouth was burning for an hour afterwards.I took the other 2 tacos back to the counter to tell the guy that was working there that they were too hot, and he was behind the counter staring at his phone. obviously not concerned with doing his job.I told him that the tacos were too hot and that I could not eat them. I asked for a refill on the horchatta, and he charged me again. There was no offer made to redo my tacos so that I could eat them, or anything....Absolutely junky little dive restaurant that didn't deserve my business or even the time to submit this review.Hopefully it will save someone else from such a horrible experience. Also, they were a bit pricey, considering the size of the taco's and lack of effort put into them.
Love this place. The carne asada combination plate is my absolute go-to. The woman who works the register is the sweetest too!
Wow the asada was old and cold no pride in making tacos. ? if you want people to come it needs to be good and
