Feedback gevenMy son didn't eat anything that day, and we decided to go to Panda for a meal. Shortly after placing our order, within just 30 minutes, my son became severely ill. He ended up missing work and school for several days. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to care at all. When I spoke to the store manager and the customer service representative, they both told me there was nothing they could do. The manager even provided me with a fake corporate number, which turned out to lead to four more fake contacts. Fortunately, I was able to find the correct number through Google. However, the lady who answered was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I made a comment to my family, she warned me that if I repeated it, she would hang up. I explained that I wasn't addressing her at all, but she replied, "I don't care, I'll hang up and you won't be able to complain because I won't answer when you call back." True to her word, she hung up and didn't answer my calls for hours. To top it all off, no one ever apologized or showed any concern for what happened.
I absolutely love Panda Express! The chow mein, pork fried rice, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and those crispy pastries filled with cream are all incredibly delicious!
I had a fantastic visit! My group requested eggplant and tofu, and even though they didn’t have it ready when we placed our order, they quickly started preparing it. All in all, it was an excellent experience.
The food here is consistently fresh and surprisingly tastes homemade for a fast-food restaurant. The thin chow mein noodles are definitely a highlight. We also really enjoy the veggie side; it’s always crunchy and fresh!
