Rico's Italian Pizza - Woodland

I tried to order a pizza from Pizza Guys but the wait was over 2 hours on Friday night. I saw an ad for this place on the Around Town magazine so I thought I'd give it a shot. The pizza taste way better than Pizza Guys but they forgot to cut it in squares which my kid wanted. The delivery guy apologized and seemed very sincere about the mistake so its all good : Ill be ordering from them again for sure.

Rico is a fantastic spot for family gatherings, especially if you're planning a large party, as they offer some impressive large cakes. While the wait times can be a bit longer, the pizza is delicious and visually appealing. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is very family-oriented—children can play and babies can cry without any judgment.

When we finally placed our order, the prices were double what I had been quoted over the phone. The employee claimed she had made a mistake, and as we pointed this out, she continued to argue about the prices. At one point, a customer behind us pointed out that the prices on their menu were even cheaper than what we were being offered. Despite this, she kept disputing it. Frustrated, we decided to leave with our group of 12 and head elsewhere, at which point she finally offered us the original menu prices. On a brighter note, during my second visit, the service was much better, although the staff member still appeared overwhelmed trying to handle the large crowd that had gathered. Again, this visit took place on a Friday at 6 p.m. I strongly suggest that more employees be scheduled during busy evening hours.

I ordered food through Grub Hub, but what I initially wanted was unavailable, so I had to choose different items from the menu. My sister and I had lunch today, but unfortunately, the food was not good at all. We felt sick afterward. I won’t be ordering from there again!
