The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Even though they are young, they understand how to provide great customer service. My wife and I Iove coming here year round. We are treated well and they make great ice cream treats for us.

Was super excited to get the lucky charms signature creation. So excited that I got the tub size (biggest size available) since last year's lucky charms ice cream was so good. The person who mixed my ice cream did not use the right proportions and only used a small amount of add-ons (cereal and whipped topping) that I would have gotten with a single serve ice cream. Also, last year the mix ins used to be purely lucky charms marshmallows but this year they only put cereal and I barely got two tablespoons worth for the whole tub. Extremely disappointed in the customer service since I even asked if they could add more topping and they kept being greedy with them. So sad since this used to be my favorite ice cream. Looks like I'll be better off making my own version of it and put marshmallows and the right amount of whipped topping like they used to have.

Two girls cleaning up a little after hours decided to ignore me while making eye contact twice. Atleast just communicate that you are closed and did not receive my order. Don’t leave me standing in the cold like a fool. Thanks
