Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I ordered a sandwich for dinner, but instead received a salad that had plastic in it. The meal cost around $20–30 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

Had an issue where I ordered my meal online and was told my food would be ready in 12 minutes. I don't live that far away so I waited and went to another store to get some other items I needed while in town. Upon arrival it had been over 40 minutes since I ordered and paid for my meal. I tell the associate I'm here to pick up my online order and wad told they never received an online order. They asked me if I may have ordered at another location accidentally, but I had the email of my receipt on my phone and showed them the order number, the time I ordered, the items I ordered, proof that I paid for the order already, and showed that it was in fact from their store. Normally I'd rate lower for this mistake but it's technology. Things happen and I'm sure had they received the order it would have been there waiting for me. The associate got the manager and explained the situation. I hand him my phone and he punched in the order number from the email on my phone and it came right up. He told the staff to rush my order since it had been nearly an hour since I ordered which put me ahead of all orders inside and drive thru. I believe I waited about 5 minutes from that point and my order wad handed to me. The staff was nice, manager went above expectations to fix the error, everything I ordered was in my bag and the food was great so overall it was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend this location. Hopefully the online thing doesn't happen to anyone else, but in the event it does they'll make it quick and they'll make it right! 5 stars. Parking: Plenty of spots open around 3 sides of the building. The drive thru doesn't interfere with parking as it does at some other fast food business. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spot where you can have a shorter walk inside as well as a dip in the sidewalk for easy wheelchair access to sidewalk. I ordered two servings of fries, and they came out cold and hard. The chicken sandwich was dried out and didn’t have any Zac sauce on it. The only positive aspect was the sweet tea. Overall, I would rate the food a 1.
