I much prefer the flavor profile of the food from here rather than the other chains nearby. Some of the best Hawaiian I've ever had.

Definitely not made to order. I paid $25 to receive reheated food or I'm assuming they reheated it because I got it cold. Don't know if they just moved in or moving out with all the boxes and equipment all over the place. Dead eyed gentlemen that walked out from the back didn't seem crazy to see a customer. Lady that brought me my food was nice. This food taste old, a regrettable visit.

Foods amazing. The guy in charge is super nice, and their teriyaki sauce is S-tier. My fiance and I live an hour away, but we made a point to go here because it's just that good.

Fantastic food and love the family atmosphere of the restaurant. The teriyaki chicken was flavorful, juicy and incredibly tender. But the kalua pork! It was off the charts. My experience with kalua pork is that it is often dry. Not at the Hungry Hawaiian! The kalua pork was incredible moist and the flavors were amazing. The veggies were even a delight.
