Bedford Hotel - Woodside

The menu offered typical pub fare with a variety of burgers and pizzas, along with an Asian twist. We opted for the schnitzels, made with meat from a local butcher. They were absolutely delicious, with the vegetables cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. This was hands down the best pub meal we've had in a long time. Chris had the plain gravy (which I couldn't resist dipping my chips in) and I had the garlic prawn sauce, which complemented the beef schnitzel perfectly. It was simply delicious. The value for money was exceptional, and with the Entertainment Book voucher giving us 25% off, it was a bonus. We considered having coffee after our meal but were too full to indulge. We took a leisurely stroll up and down Woodside (unfortunately, most shops were closed as it was a Sunday), capping off a lovely day out. Thank you, Bedford Hotel, for a wonderful dining experience.

Had a great meal with friends at this restaurant. The Asian dishes were tasty and I highly recommend visiting. The dining area has been renovated and there are plans to improve other parts of the restaurant as well. The pub menu had a wide variety of options and the addition of Asian dishes and pizzas gave even more choices.

This hotel in the Adelaide Hills is a hidden gem! It was our first time dining there and definitely worth the drive from Adelaide. The Asian menu is simple yet beautifully executed, with the best Sweet Chili Prawns I've had outside of Asia. Thank you to all the staff for a delightful Sunday afternoon.

5 of us went this evening, and I have to say without any reservations, it was excellent, we could not fault anything on any level. I have problems most of the time due to my strange eating habits (I am strictly a meat and 3 veg man) I had a steak which was lovely, Juicy and tender, the chips were really good, and the veggies where just how I like them, cooked not raw. I also chose to have bacon and pineapple from the extras. Altogether a very satisfying meal, rounded of with Sticky Date and Ice Cream. Thanks to all the staff, we will be back. Ken,

My good wife I had our first meal in this hotel yesterday since the new owners have taken over. We enjoyed our meal that much that we returned today to have another. Both days we received fantastic service by the staff the meals were of exception quality that cannot be explained unless tried by one 's self. Those famous words of the General , 'We Shall Return '.
