Dunkin' - Woodside

The atmosphere and service here are great – friendly and welcoming. I ordered a coffee, which was good, though I didn’t try anything else. I spent about 20 minutes here, and the male staff member was very efficient. I'll definitely stop by again on my way to the gym!

Dunkin' has always been good with their quick breakfast menu. But the staffs at Woodside, Queens branch are just rude. People go to get their breakfast, they don't have to remember the menu. If somebody doesn't know the menu, a little explanation is no harm. That's what the staffs are for.

I enjoy going to Dunkin' because it's my local spot, but there are times when the service can be a bit slow. Overall, I think it's a great place. Service rating: 4/5.

We visited the restaurant on Monday at 3:53 PM, and the lady at the counter wearing a hijab was quite rude. First, she wouldn't let us use our voucher, and then she denied our request for an additional chair for our friend who was joining us. When we pointed out her rudeness, she remarked that she often acts that way towards customers. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior.

Bad posture this dame was so rude that she aborted my reception and gave me the most crazy attitude, from no reason because she was unhappy and hated her job. she asked me if I wanted to whip with my coffee cream and I said no and she put it anyway. I threw the croissant in the müll and went somewhere else
