I highly recommend this place overall; they go out of their way to please customers. However, there is a language barrier with some employees that Dunkin' corporate should address."
The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and beautifully designed. They also have charging outlets available, so you can charge your phone or other devices. Unfortunately, they didn't have any ice in these two Dunkin' Donuts. Overall, it's a great spot to grab a donut, and there's plenty of space to sit and enjoy time with friends.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Dunkin'. I tried it last year, and I still don’t understand their lack of consideration for children. It’s common for kids to spill food or drinks from their small hands, and other fast food restaurants often provide substitutions for kids in such cases. However, when my child accidentally dropped a hash brown, they refused to give us another, despite the fact that I had purchased several items. This was a real letdown, and it made the experience less enjoyable.
The worst dunkin donuts ever. They don't even wear their masks while they treat our eating. I wondered if they could cut my two sandwiches in the half and she refused. so lazy these ppl should not work in the customer service industry if they can not even provide a service. no hi, thank you.
Horrible. These ladies rush you to get your order over the loud radio. I come in every morning they are always out of stuff. I came in earlier to beat the traffic and they were well stocked but with masks on and speaking over loud music at 7am is impossible. The speakers are intelligently placed above check-out station. I asked for one warm bagel twist with cream cheese i asked them to cut it in half and add the cream cheese . She charged me for two bagels and 2 cream cheeses; maybe lower the music. Also, my cashier said no to preparing it because it causes problems. What problems ? I asked if they can at least cut in half for easy eating , no its problematic.There are 5 ladies behind the counter,no customers in store. They didnt even have a plastic knife for me. Customer service is horrible.
