Feedback geven**Location:** The bakery is situated in Roosevelt, among various other Filipino shops and restaurants. You’ll also find Taho available outside the store. **Service:** The staff was very friendly, embodying the best of Filipino hospitality! **Food:** The breads are delicious and fluffy, and even stay fresh for a few days. The Ube Pandesal is the best I’ve ever had, especially compared to online sellers who tend to skimp on the cheese and jam. Just heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds, and indulge in its delightful flavor. As for the Taho, I really miss having it in the Philippines. This breakfast drink is a taste of my homeland, featuring soft tofu topped with boba and syrup — exactly what I crave! **Price Rating:** I’d give it a 5/10, which is pretty reasonable for satisfying Filipino food cravings. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their breads! Be sure to try the Ube Pandesal and Taho!
A delightful appetizer that features steamed rice cake.
I ordered the Cebu-style Lechon, and it was absolutely amazing! It was incredibly delicious—the seasoning was perfect, and the tenderness of the pork was outstanding. The crispy skin added so much flavor! This is definitely the best lechon in New York!
Good selection and variety can be found here. This time I had her pig sinigang and dinuguan. Less customers for some reason. And it's less loud, even if the TVs are on and show Filipino TV shows. But come here to check Filipino food.
The place where other pinoys will look at you from head to toe identifying you (if they know you somewhere) and checking if you are illegal or legal immigrant here in this country :P . Undoubtedly a real pinoy place! BTW, food is great, cheap but still delicious. Great for stacking weekly food to heat and serve.
