Feedback gevenStop getting some food for the family, and that's what you give me on the 2 for 4 chicken sandwich... I'll take him back and ask the boy that you eat this and he says with this sting glare... the chicken was so hard and couldn't even break it apart....where we can't eat here again minus maybe a shake....all.
I lost all respect for this place. Workers are sitting on the counter all the time after they close instead of cleaning all the workers shop. One of the girls with short curly hair wears spandex shorts. One of the kids looks 12 like he shouldn?t be working there. They are always on their phone. I?ve gotten sick from their food so many times. The manager is almost never there. The store is ran by teenagers. They are always giving free drinks and food away. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. They need to put something else there. The fries are bought from the store as well.
Absolutely horrible experience. Went to pick up an online order, and waited for over 30 minutes. I heard the employee I POLITELY told about my order tell his coworkers don 't worry about the order yet. They then proceeded to fulfill 3 other walk-up orders, in addition to what looked like a friend who came up and asked for a soda, which was not paid for in any way. There were three people working, one of which looked like an actual child (MAYBE 13 years old? who was actually doing most of the work it seemed, while the other two looked confused about everything they did and instead talked to their friend and made his free soda. My order was not even started until after those other three walk-up orders and the friend 's drink were fulfilled. It was the most unorganized, unprofessional experience. Not sure who 's in charge but they apparently aren 't teaching their employees how to do their job properly. Also, maybe if they turned that extremely loud music down their employees could actually hear the customers and what they 're ordering. The lady who arrived after me had to repeat herself multiple times.
I arrived today at around 5 16pm today 8/13/21 and ordered a big buford meal ticket number 3061 also has the check number as 20065 on the receipt. I pulled up, placed my order and as I was pulling up the customer before me was leaving as I pulled up the the window. I waited at the window for about 25-30 minutes. When I asked what caused such a huge delay the female stated we had to cook the meat. I asked to speak with the manager to inquire about the long wait and voice my concern. The manager came to the window and stated they had to cook the food and to be glad we didn 't just give you anything . I thought this was very unprofessional for a person that is in management. She then closed the window and went to the back. I waived at one of the employees to come back to the window so that I can give the food back and get a refund but no one came back to the window. I also asked for the managers name while I was speaking with her and she refused to give me her name. The problem here is that I am taking my time and energy to sit here and write a complaint because of a worker that has poor customer relation skills and walked away which makes it even more absurd. I would like to speak with the district manager for this location which is 9500 Highway 92 Woodstock, Georgia, 30188. I look forward to speak with one of you.
I am a chicken sandwich addict specially if it?s from Checkers. The service here is always so polite and the food is always fantastic. My son and I love getting the chicken bites , Pibb extra , and banana milkshakes. I personally feel like the banana milkshake tasted So good... I?d rather just change that to be my favorite of all time . We like to get the big chicken and the spicy chicken sandwiches. I think they should bring back the deluxe sandwiches but it may be just me . they are very quick about fulfilling those orders as well Here at the store on Bells ferry road . The staff is so friendly. 100/10 would recommend.
