Second time here on our weekend getaway to catskills. Delicious food but again service is lacking. Last time we did not think service was particularly great so we decided to take out this time. They charge 18% gratuity for take out so you would expect nothing but perfectly smooth food and money exchange. I was not greeted at the counter, had to seek someone attention myself. The lady started packing my food into a paper bag when another waitress asked her something, she stopped packing, said nothing to me and went on having a several minutes conversation with another waitress. She did not resume packing the food until they stopped talking as i was watching they talk and my food getting cold..... that's a shame because there are not many solid vegan restaurants in the area.
