Tim Hortons - Woodstock

I had the worst experience at Tim's Connell road today. Couldn't order what I farmer's wrap sausage, didn't had sausage. Couldn't order roast beef and cheddar, had no lettuce. Then ordered two without lettuce, but only got one. Struggled to order two dark roast coffees, Couldn't understand me. I went in to tell them I only got one sandwich and they told me to get in the line to order. They won't see me again

Every time I go there to buy an ice cap or a chill they say they can’t make them cause they are cleaning the machines. Shouldn’t the machines be cleaned after hours so they can serve their customers from the time they open til the time they close. Tired of making trips there for nothing. Never be back. It's a Tim Hortons, what can I say...it's all in what you believe. In Woodstock I haven't had many issues but I don't go that often anymore due to inconsistencies and their business model. My biggest beef is with the app. You order something, go pick to pick it up and they tell you it's not in stock. Ok, just give my money back...can't because you used the app. They'll try to give you something in equal value or less, but never more. They claim to be open until 11pm however I went at 10:10pm and the lights were off and no one awnsered the drive through. So either the listed time is wrong or employees leave early Service: 1

So, got Tim Hortons. They had pictures of donuts on their menu, so I ordered 2 chocolate donuts. I GOT two chocolate donut... Holes... I completely didn't realize they were only donut holes, but now Tim BITS makes sense XD I want to applaud the people who worked there for giving me exactly what I ordered despite how looney it may have sounded.
