Mindful Fork Meal Prep ≠ 2 Broke Chefs

Mole beer chili was delicious, not something I normally would order, but highly recommend!!

Ordered the caramel rolls and the French toast, egg and sausage bake and they were both SO good!! What a great service they provide! They cooked the amazing food AND delivered it to our door! It was so nice to not have to do a thing for breakfast today (and not have to do dishes!! ???? Speaking of delivery...our plans changed for the day I originally picked, so I asked if they could deliver a different day. They couldn't because they were already full for deliveries, BUT they delivered the night before instead (after a VERY busy day I am sure ! The fact that they were able to do that, was amazing not many businesses are so happy to accommodate! I highly recommend and will definitely order again!

Chef Angie is amazing at creating delicious and midful meals. She is extremely knowledgeable and all of her meals are to die for!

Just had my first Mindful Fork Meal, LOVE IT!!! I had the Chorizo Black Bean Stuffed Sweet Potato, it was delicious. It has a little kick to it but the spice balances well with the sweet potato. Can not wait to dig into the other meals I have in the fridge! Will definitely be ordering more!

I just made my first order last week. The food is phenomenal! I would highly recommend! These are pre-made fresh individual meals for lunches or dinners on busy nights. (Like Freshly—with similar pricing, but without all the wasteful packaging, way better tasting, healthier, AND you would be supporting a local business! Trust me, you won’t be sorry! ????
