Tino's Italian - WOOLOOWARE

The service was good. The meat dish was amazing. The risotto was very cheesy, but lacked flavor and still contained chili, despite my request for it to be removed due to my allergy (so my partner had to eat it instead).

As the first customer to arrive with a reservation at Big John's in San Souci, I was disappointed to find that no service was provided for 20 minutes. There was no table water offered, and I couldn't even inquire about bringing my own drinks. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. However, Big John's is known for their excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

My partner and I recently went out to dinner at this restaurant. We had ordered takeout from here a few times before, but this time the food was awful. The bruschetta had plain tomato with no seasoning on top of toast that was swimming in oil. The main course was very small, the dessert was hard and almost cold, the pasta was overcooked, and the meal tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave. When I asked for a drink to go with my dessert, I was charged $5 for a tiny portion the size of a golf ball. The server, Tino, rudely explained that this was the standard portion size. I expressed my disappointment and frustration with the meal and service, and it was no surprise that there were only 6 other customers dining there. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Last night (on Thursday) it was quite busy after we had a couple of, our group of eight, a woman with her children in a stroller who fought to get into the house door, and another family of four. happy with the speed of the service and our group were certainly satisfied with our meals. I had the filled mushrooms for the appetizers and although small were very delicious. for the net I had tino’s spaghetti, which was quite spicy as it had a good hauch of chili in it. tino warned me before and said it was his speciality. it's safe on the spot! the others in our group ordered calves and the tint fish and were not disappointed. I had read some of the other reviews before I visited, but none of my friends were just investigating their reviews afterwards. as it turned out, none of them had a bad word to say about the service and their meals. the portions were quite large and I couldn't manage to finish mine and so I apologized nonna who was understanding. I am a native here and had not visited them in 25 years by unknown circumstances. Anyway, my wife and friends have all made a date to return to the near future. maybe tino has read some of these negative reviews and his game has been canceled. the trip advisor!

The food here is awful! And the service not overly friendly. I ordered Takeaway, and when I picked it up 20mins after ordering the restaurant was empty. I had Lasagne, the mince had a mushy texture, spinach and ricotta cannelloni, also mush, and carbonara., which...was ok . All food tasted like it had been pulled out of the freezer and reheated, there was nothing fresh and tasty about it. The only reason I bought from here is because I had a 1/2 price Groupon voucher, so not worth it, save your money!
