The lights were on and two men were standing in the store. Google said they were open. It was 35 degrees outside. My 74 year old Mother went to the door to try and get a sandwich. At first they ignored her. When she persisted to knock on the door they started laughing at her. I have never witnessed such rude behavior from a Jimmy John's. I took my mother elsewhere and we will never return to this horrible establishment. Jimmy Johns should be ashamed of this franchise. I will be forwarding this to corporate. How dare you treat any woman like this, especially my Mother!

It is a good place to come and a lot of the employees are friendly and nice. The food was delicious and tasty.

I work here and we're very clean and working well together. I enjoy the restaurant and the guests we serve as well as the sandwiches. I hope everyone can also enjoy a Jimmy Johns Sandwich! There is also a shop on Burbank Rd in Wooster Ohio!
