I've had good experiences and meh experiences at this one, which happens in a very high traffic Starbucks: sometimes they have the time to engage with you as a customer, other times you have fifty drinks to make and have to focus on getting as many made as fast as possible. The parking situation here is miserable however very tight with little room to maneuver.
They were all very polite and smiles on their faces. The service was slow but they were SLAMMED and I worked in McDonald's management for 10 years so I know that can be rough. Good work!
This Starbucks is always crowded, and I’m not a fan of the location; it's quite small, making it difficult to navigate the parking lot. I only go there when I have gift cards, as I prefer Dunkin' Donuts when I'm spending my own money. Their prices are much more reasonable, and I like their selection better, plus it's easier to get in and out of their location. However, the staff at Starbucks is fantastic, and if you love their products and don't mind the busyness, you’ll enjoy this Starbucks. Just be prepared—if you have a large vehicle, it can be challenging to maneuver when the place is packed, and I’ve never been there when it wasn’t busy.
I visited this location on April 12th, and Rhea prepared an outstanding icy mocha for me. I've been going to Starbucks for at least 15 years, and this was one of the best I've ever had. She was also very polite!
