99 Restaurants - Worcester

The hostess by the name of Liz was rude, condescending and has an attitude problem. Get out of the service industry if you're just going to be rude to your customers. it should not take 15+ minutes to pick up an order when there's 4 people at the restaurant. UPDATE: I received a call from the bar manager apologizing for what had happened THE SAME DAY, I believe her name was Callie. Couldn't be happier with managements response. Great follow up on her part. I practically can walk to this restaurant so ill definitely be giving it another try.

The food, from steaks and mash potatoes to cheeseburger with fries is really good. I love the hamburgers. The service is really good and quick and the staff is helpful and polite

My lobster roll had hard seemingly old or overcooked pieces...and the roll didn't taste fresh to me. I eat lobster rolls as much for the tasty buttery bread as I do for the lobster meat. I was disappointed.

This place has terrible managements and waitress sucks, service is terrible this locations is downhill I don?t recommend this place. This place is like a circus ? service is very bad, I believe Jessica our server was the only ver my attentive today is the only great person this place has and this restaurant doesn?t deserve good people like her. Terrible food. Never coming back to this rachet location.

The 99 is usually a solid choice but my experience this time was definitely lacking the typical quality of service. It seemed like 'new ' staff, who were very nice, but I asked for a seat near TV was seated far from my request. Waitress was unable to tell me what beers were on Tap handed me a craft beer menu instead. French onion soup was good but an overkill of onions. Lettuce wedge salad needed the chill taken out of it so was difficult to eat. I will return but was disappointed at this visit.
