Feedback gevenI just stopped by to pick up some swordfish for grilling, but all I found were very large steaks weighing over 2 pounds in the cooler. When I asked if I could have one cut in half for a single serving, the young man behind the counter refused, stating that he couldn’t cut a smaller portion. So, I left empty-handed and went to Market Basket, where they happily cut me a nice ¾ lb steak without any issues.
Spectacular store, stupendous service, exquisite product. I looked far and wide, but alas, there isn't a single complaint I can make about this stellar establishment. From the glisten of the floor, kept constantly clean by the caring staff, to the scent, which remains me of fishing trips with my family. Seldom do I find a location that gets me excited to buy fish. 5 out of 5, no question!
The menu offers a fantastic variety of options. I wouldn't hold their prices against them—they do their best to keep them as low as possible!
Bought a lb lobster meat went bad in 14 hrs.this isn't the first time this has happen they advertise fresh lobster meat. If it's fresh it shouldn't go bad overnight.and the people behind the counter are rude as can be
I just left this place feeling frustrated and empty-handed due to the terrible treatment I received. I’ve been a regular customer here for seafood, but today was a completely different experience. I spotted a sale sign for bay scallops at $8.99 a pound. However, the price on the bag was marked at $10.99 a pound. I asked a staff member to verify the price, pointing out the promotion on the board. When he returned, he informed me that it was a mistake and the actual price was indeed $10.99 a pound. I expressed that I should receive the advertised sale price since it was displayed, but the clerk responded sternly, insisting again that it was $10.99. I stood my ground, telling him that this wasn’t right. He then rudely waved his hand at me, saying “goodbye!” I was shocked, offended, and angry by his behavior. I will never return to this store, and I intend to share my experience to warn others about their extremely rude service!
