Chicken was cold ? and dry but usually I'm good ? maybe just bad timing

The food would be better if it had seasoning. It tasted like the fries and chicken weren’t seasoned at all no salt or anything

I went to the crown fried on Chandler Street ordered a 35 piece chicken to bring to my daughter's birthday barbecue. The chicken was old and very dry I was so disappointed. I usually go to the one in my neighborhood on Lincoln Street and I never had a problem with them and their chicken is always fresh. So Chandler Street has some work to do.
