Kfc - Worcester

The service was quick, but unfortunately, our order was incorrect. We ended up going to Popeye's to get what we really wanted. We figured someone would end up eating the wrong sandwich, but that's beside the point. Drive-thrus often mess up orders, so it's important to double-check before leaving. The whole idea behind using a drive-thru is to avoid going inside.

I dined in and placed an order. The prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent.

I'm very disappointed! Until today, I hadn't had any issues with this location. I placed a large order totaling $80, including the tip, and it seemed like a child packed the bag. Everything was just thrown in. To make matters worse, the lid of one of the large gravy containers wasn't secured, resulting in gravy spilling all over the contents of the bag, my stovetop, cabinets, and floor. I ended up spending about 15 minutes cleaning before we could even eat. Nice job, KFC!

I got the jack Harlow meal and it was decent, you get a good amount of food for what you pay (around $10), I once order the chicken pot pie on DoorDash and it was dry but everything else was good. In conclusion it?s kfc don?t expect much more. (Theservice was great though, the people working there were fast and nice)

Complete waste of time and highly unprofessional I asked for a 3 piece box of chicken I got a box of biscuits which I didn't order. This is beyond sad.
