Papa Gino's - Worcester

This experience was extremely disappointing and deserves a zero rating. Tonight, we ordered from Papa Gino's and the food was a complete letdown—see the attached photos. It was nearly inedible, overly doughy, and there was no paper under the pizza to protect it from germs. My dad waited on the phone for 20 minutes without anyone picking up, so he drove down to the restaurant, only to find they were closing. We were only offered a small credit for one out of three pizzas, which is really disappointing, especially since this is one of our family's favorite places. We used to come here weekly.

I would like to express my gratitude to Steve, who took my phone order. His customer service was outstanding! He was friendly, patient, and even offered me a discount on my order. I truly appreciated his helpfulness.

Manager Steve is incredible, but honestly, all the staff are amazing! He's usually the one I see at the counter. The restaurant is always clean, the food is consistently served on time, and the flavors are spot on! This is one of the best Papa Gino’s I’ve ever visited, and it has made me come back nearly once a week. Thank you all for your hard work and delicious food!

Went there after being refused a meatball sub from Subway. Quick to order and pay, took over 20 minutes for the kid behind the kitchen counter to make a small meatball sub with extra cheese to go which was overpriced. I got an 8 sub roll with a ton ofsauce and 2 1 meatballs and a paper thin slice of cheese. Won't go back to their again.
