The food here is excellent, but unfortunately, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The service was quite poor, which really affected the overall experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, but the terrible service stands out the most. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the atmosphere a 4, but sadly, the service only deserves a 1.

I’m not one to ever post reviews like this, but that was quite possibly the worst acai bowl I have ever had. Never knew peanut butter could taste so bad. Service was okay, the front desk was nice enough on the phone. I’m sure there’s other good stuff on the menu, but do not get the acai bowl. Paid extra for Nutella too and there was none to be found. The açaí bowls here are absolutely fantastic! They offer several size options, which is perfect for whatever your appetite might be. There are so many toppings to choose from as well. These are by far the best açaí bowls I've ever tasted!
