Taco Bell - Worcester

On one occasion, I unwrapped my $10 Crunchwrap to find a painfully thin layer of meat and a messy heap of wilted, brown lettuce that I didn’t even want to eat. It tasted off, so I knew something was wrong. Another time, I ended up stuck in line for an entire hour behind just two orders. When we finally received our Crunchwraps, they were unexpectedly large and surprisingly good—definitely restaurant quality. We couldn’t help but laugh off the wait. Despite those rare high points, the overall lack of quality control and proper staffing is concerning. This location has so much potential if only they could improve lighting in the parking lot at night and ensure they have a well-trained team. Sadly, it seems like a case of mismanagement or perhaps an overzealous cost-cutting approach from the franchise owners.

I’m giving two stars, and that's mostly for the girl at the counter who was friendly. However, the chicken pot pie was disappointing, containing just one small piece of chicken and around three potatoes. It was basically all gravy! I've never seen so much gravy in a pot pie before. The Baja Blast tasted more like soda water with just a hint of flavor. The fries had no seasoning at all, and the chicken tenders were served lukewarm. I'm not sure if I’ll return to this KFC again!

I waited 45 minutes for less than $20 worth of food. The restaurant wasn't busy, and the staff seemed to be unproductive. This is by far the worst KFC/Taco Bell location I've ever been to, and I have no plans to return.

Went for a Baja blast but the Baja blast tasted like carbonated water because lady wouldn?t do her job and fill the syrup then she gives an attitude and says idk what their problem is the Baja blast is supposed to be ?light?

I often find that my orders get messed up at this restaurant, which makes using the drive-thru inconvenient since I have to double-check everything. They don't allow online orders through their app, and they also won’t accept their own coupons or rewards from it. Even when I do manage to place an order, it takes an eternity to receive it. Overall, visiting this location feels like a complete waste of time and space.
