Cafe Pausa - Worcester

Dirty, dirty,dirtyarrived10.30 on a Sunday, cafe area had not been cleaned !!! Staff miserable,, you need to get some positivity !!

Vegetarian options were shocking. It’s not that hard to have vegetarian sausages. Apart from that good value for money.

Staff had dirty nails and a face like a slapped....they did not smile when they looked at you and spoke and behaved unprofessionally as we ate. One heard saying in the kitchen 'err I 'm not eating that shi! ' We ordered drink and toasties and as one made the drinks which took 5 mins the other 2 stood washing up and chattering. Once the drink was made the one washing up had finished and then came out and put the toasties in the grill. Slow, i professional in behaviour and conduct dragging their feet and talking like at home. Other staff came up and got drinks and it beglcame a hang out for staff. Those behind counter all drinking the customer served drinks just not professional environment. Food ok. Choices good. Frappe was warm.

Called here before shopping in Dunelm. I had bacon, sausage and avocado roll ,millionaire shortbread and my wife had a bacon roll. We had flat whites to drink .Friendly service ,generous fillings to the rolls which tasted really good as did the shortbread. Flat whites always very good here. Great value

Why have something called Brunch that's not served beyond 1pm. Brunch is a portmanteau word combining breakfast and lunch and lunch doesn't finish at 1pm. Please wake up senior management! Pretty annoying when you're hungry!
