Chocolat - Worcester

Yesterday, my husband and I visited Worcester with our dog Maple. We decided to make a stop at Hotel Chocolat to purchase some chocolates for my husband's birthday and to enjoy a hot chocolate. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even allowed our dog to accompany us inside. To our surprise, they even gave Maple a treat! We had a great experience thanks to their hospitality, and I must say, the staff truly reflect well on the business. Thank you!

Popped in for ice cream. Three staff behind counter, all on their mobile phones. No eye contact or greeting. We were ignored so we left.

Today, I visited the restaurant to purchase a gift. The young woman who assisted me was extremely impolite. She seemed more focused on chatting with another employee than helping me. It was very disappointing. Restaurant staff should strive to provide excellent customer service. I would have bought more items if it weren't for the rude treatment I received. I ended up leaving the shop feeling frustrated.

Outstanding service, great prices, and a wonderful variety of chocolates in a clean and well-organized store. The ice cream was delicious and the space was spacious and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided fast service. Thank you for a five-star experience!
