Nando's Worcester

Went while in Worcester. It was excellent. Staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic. Great tasting and service was excellent

Probably the best service I’ve had at any Nando’s, the food came out very quickly after we ordered, and the multiple staff that served us were very nice and friendly!

Good was tasty but building needs a lock of paint. Staff were lovely and cheerful and checked the dinner was ok

Ordered two meals via Deliveroo. Staff then forgot to put the sunset burger in the order. Rang store who advised they wouldn’t be able to send out replacement burger as No Deliveroo riders available. Managed to get Deliveroo to refund cost of burger but not really acceptable to miss such an important part of an order, takes 10 seconds for staff to check before sealing and handing to driver. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a meal from Nandos Worcester using Deliveroo My meal was a chicken bun with chips. All came cold and the bread was stale. Also Deliveroo said the max refund they could give was £2.50 for this type of issue. I said that was nonsense and demanded the full amount since the meal was in the bin. the lady then agreed to refund the full amount. Very cheeky! I won't do that again.
