We experienced multiple issues with our order, including incorrect items being given to us and running out of associated rolls without any explanation. The service from the front staff was terrible, especially the girl handling the drinks, who seemed overwhelmed and was not managing well, likely due to insufficient staffing. We also did not receive receipts from any of the machines. On a positive note, the young man working there did his best and provided excellent customer service, unlike some of his colleagues. However, the overall service was abysmally slow. Every table needed cleaning, there were no napkins or wipes available, and no one bothered to apologize for all the problems. We won't be returning.
