Mulberry - Worthing

Booked a table for with high chair. arrived and a round table for without high chair and no children's menu. not to table, only directed. After I found a children's menu, I went to cash to order food. in the meantime my...man asked to be moved as the sun was directly in our little faces, and there was no blind. there were some tables, but we met with one excuse of the other tables were booked. there was another towel and cleaning fluid on our table. we were finally found a new table. I was then met by the most rude bare person I ever met. he asked what do you want? then he went on to serve men who appeared after me out of the bar, one who went straight from the road to me. He also insulted another female customer. they could be understaffed, but that should not affect the service. When he came back to me, I decided not to eat here. will not come back. he is obviously not happy to work there.

We had a big family dinner and everything was perfect. very good food, friendly and efficient service. I will recommend

We had the best time at brunch ever! chyna was incredible, so friendly and her service was amazing, and the price was such a bargain, would definitely recommend!

I have often visited this restaurant in recent years and was always very satisfied with the quality of eating and service. tonight I attended with friends eating for four of us was ok, but...cold, the restaurant was very busy, but I only saw one person who supplied food to customers, this meant that my dazzling plate was sitting for probably mins before it was delivered to the table, all that, but the last thing on the teller was cold, i.e. chips, he was blushing. that was the same for four of us, I was not aware that someone asks us if everything is in order. I hope this is a way out, but the lack of employees behind the bar and in front of the house was obvious, I hope in the future this improved or I will avoid this restaurant in future and let everyone know. very dissapointed.

I am fed up with the attitude of certain people recently employed when we spend a week in this pub as soon as the managers leave this pub the service is **** awful as customers we ACCEPT more and we will not tolerate this...level of service !!! The other day there was no bar staff and customers were shouting is there any service in here all the staff were doing nothing in the kitchen
