Worthing Fisheries

This is the second time in 4 years thought might have improved but sadly no the fish was dry and tasted old probably from dinner left over the chips were not much better bring bk the couple who used to run it won't be going there again il use Mr chippy by west Worthing stn

We have used worthing fisheries on numerous occasions with no issue. However we ordered a delivery from here at 5.15 via Just Eat initial delivery time 6.20 6.40 no problem. Estimated delivery kept being pushed back. Eventually at 7.15 we spoke directly to Worthing fisheries to get a realistic eta for our food and were told courier might collect at 7.45. We were told if we weren’t happy we should cancel our order then we were told that it was a just eat issue and they had no control I’m sorry but if you use a delivery service then it is your issue as bad service affects your business. I understand issues arise but it is the way they are dealt with that determines whether or not we go back and use someone’s services again. I’m sorry to say that we won’t be using worthing fisheries again.

Preordered 6 meals (adults and children) over the phone. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Massive bonus is that the chips and fish are gluten free. Portions insanely generous. Thanks!

Bad food, terrible customer service, have been a customer for years, unfortunately this eatery has gone massively downhill and the food is sub standard.

The last 3 times have not been up to its usual standard. Which is a shame as there fish and chips are usually great
