Dunkin' - Worthington

I strongly advise against visiting the Dunkin' owned by the Patels. They serve coffee made from expired beans, and the donuts are often two days old. The food appears to be expired as well, and it seems that no one from Dunkin' corporate has looked into this. As a former employee, I can attest that they hire undocumented workers who are paid under the table and are not properly trained. The owners also run five other Dunkin' locations under the same troubling conditions. I've witnessed them scrape mold off bread and serve it to customers. Please be cautious! You might want to choose Tim Hortons instead. There are several reviews online, complete with photos of moldy food, that highlight these issues. It's appalling that this establishment is allowed to operate—it poses a serious health and safety risk.

If zero stars were an option, it would be zero. I ordered a sugar cone of mint chocolate chip. The worker said “I think we’re out of that”. I waited a minute and said “ you think or you know?”. He then clarified they were out. I ordered cookie dough. I got to the drive thru window and paid. He didn’t speak to me. He handed me a cup. I asked him for the cone. I watched him put his bare finger in the cone. I’m not even sure what he was doing. I drove off. Not one thank you or anything. The ice cream tasted so bad I just threw it away. How can you mess up ice cream!? This was the first and last time I’ll visit.

It seems that servers these days have stopped greeting customers. While I understand that so much is done online now, it feels like the art of customer interaction is fading away. I also received a cold slice of cheese on my breakfast sandwich, which was disappointing. And have napkins become obsolete as well?

I stopped by for a quick meal and decided to try the chicken wrap. It was served hot and tasted fantastic. However, the service was rather lackluster; the staff barely engaged with me when I arrived or placed my order. Perhaps it was just an off day for them— a friendly smile can really make a difference.
