New City Buffet - Worthington

We found worms in our food and i honestly felt like i was being rushed by the staff.

I 've eaten at the new city buffet with my husband many of times. Everything was good till today. First we get seated get the drinks with maybe 6 cube in it. Second it was cooler outside than in there. Third one pushed me to never come again. There was a family of three mom dad adult child, they got seated and the dad went up with his adult son which has special needs. No big deal right! Wrong the adult son grabbed a juice out of the cooler he didn 't know he had to order it. One of the employees went up to him grab the juice out of his hands. That didn 't sit well with him so he was upset. The dad came up to him told the employee that he would pay for it. Well the employee kicked the whole family out due to a special needs person got mad. I will never ever go back there. I have tons of friends/family that have special needs. I treat them just like a normal person. Obviously this place dont care Well they lost our business for sure. If I were you I would think twice about eating here. SAD

What's the most terrible experience I've ever had my wife found this on her plate what looks like a big lot of hair from my shower drain even when we spread it apart it look more and more like hair. We asked what it was in the lady who seated as the said it was from a mussel. I said does it look like we have any mussles on our plates she said we could get more food and I said no I want to leave and that's what we did warning people on the way out who did not care

We always stop here on our way home. lots of options and price is good. Very friendly staff.

The employees like to stare at customers for literally sitting down and eating out of their plates ? and one of them was replacing food and burn my hand how can you be reckless when there is customer next to you and you are handling hot water…?
