Scooter's Coffee - Worthington

This didn’t quite taste like coffee- maybe coffee flavored syrup. This spot is probably for non coffee drinkers

I drink coffee multiple times a day. Let me tell ya, scoots is good for a pick me up. Order an extra shot and you can keep on trucking.

Ordered a latte and breakfast burrito; the latte was luke warm and the burrito tasted like the ones you buy at Dollar General for a $1… My first time there and very disappointed considering all the hype I have heard about the place.

Management and staff here is ridiculous. My sister buys us coffee and we order no espresso. Normally we love scooters since they have that option and the drinks we are given have espresso. We can’t go back right then as we went on our lunch break and they offer a gift card. Nice attempt to fix the problem until we go to get the gift card and they say to come back Wednesday since the manager wasn’t there. Come back Wednesday morning and we’re told to come back after noon when the managers there. We call and the manager wants to tell us that we are lying about the original drinks having espresso in them and that the manager had been there everyday. I understand being short staffed or simply making a mistake but, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Came through with family early July 4th and appreciated that they were open! We all had breakfast sandwiches (maple waffle sausage and egg was delicious) and drinks. Everything was ready in maybe 3 minutes. Very impressed! This will be our breakfast stop on our annual trip to MN.
