Feedback geven2 large frosty’s ordered. waits in the car thru for a very long time. the woman who delivered frosty never said a word. one was the wrong taste, but it was dark and did not notice that until I came home.
Staff is completely rude, can't get orders right. Foods cold. Drive a bit further and go to a different Wendy's.
The woman working the drive thru did not realize her microphone was on and was talking poorly about costumers. Drink lid also did not stay on and spilled all over my lap because the cup appeared to be somewhat crumpled? Not a good experience.
Horrible service at this store. They complain to the customer about being short staffed as a reason to give poor service. I was given the wrong sand which because they had their menu turned around before end of breakfast.There was a young woman sitting on the counter on her phone in the driver through window view. She was talking to the person serving food out of the window. Very unprofessional. How are you turning the menu around early because you are short staffed, but there is a employee sitting on the counter on their phone doing nothing work related?If they are not on shift they shouldn’t be in the drive through window on their phone they should be in their vehicle or the lobby or break room.The attitude of the woman on the phone was very obnoxious and she handed the phone to her manager without saying please hold as I was speaking to her. They have a nasty attitude at this restaurant like they don’t even want to be there. If I owned this store I would replace everyone because the GM WAS THERE DURING ALL OF THIS!I called corporate yesterday so hopefully the District Manager will be calling me like they said they would.
This place changed management a year or two ago and it is falling apart in every way. Staff training is severely lacking in every area, and the one or two people who are scrambling to keep the place afloat during their shift appear disgruntled and defeated. Last time we went in, the ice machine was POURING water all over the work area behind the counter and no one did anything to stop it. They just sloshed through the pools of water all over the floor. We've had really poor experiences here the past several times we've gone. It doesn't matter if it is the drive thru or in store. We will have to find another Wendy's nearby for a while. Hopefully the franchise owner will address this ASAP. They need a store manager who knows how to train and manage people and PAY THEM WELL FOR IT.
