The 24-hour McDonald's was unexpectedly closed, but the app was still open for orders. We planned to have our meal there, placed our order, and paid in advance. However, when we arrived to collect our food, the restaurant was closed. We were left hungry and frustrated, having paid for a meal that was not provided. Is this allowed or legal?

I had the most thrilling dining experience ever at Chozen Noodle last year and ended up here again today by accident. Unfortunately, the meal at Fresh Food Cafe was even worse with a falafel wrap that missed the mark. The coffee was terrible. I suggest avoiding this unpleasant, disappointing, and dirty establishment at all costs.

After spending money on food that is cold and gummy, I wouldn't come back. the food we recite was cold and the fries were hard and unusable. does not define the money worth, will not go back here!

I went through the drive-thru at Costa Coffee. The coffee was good and the service was fine. However, the tablet used for ordering was dirty and unhygienic, especially when customers placed their hands on it without a napkin.

Went to costa today, staff lovely, usual costa products. The seats a dirty the tables are cleated but not very clean. Really busy, small horrible toilets and washbasins. Hubby said urinals filthy.
