Jimmy's Pizza - Wycombe

If you are a person of color, be prepared to experience delays in service at this restaurant. This discriminatory behavior has been reported on multiple occasions this year. I do not recommend dining here if you are a person of color.

Ordered and went to the shop to collect. Little boy working at the front desk lacks customer service! My online order said it was ready to collect once explaining this to him he replied with we are busy we have another 73 orders to get through . Jimmy 's takes on too many orders and can 't get them ready in time.On there online ordering system it says 20 minutes for collection. When you go in to collect when it 's clearly marked online that it is ready to collect there will be a silly little boy at the front desk saying there to busy so you need to wait. Customer service is definitely **** they really need to rethink and recruit better staff. Wouldn 't mind waiting but the rude customer service is a complete no.

After over 20 years of being a loyal customer I was told that I couldn't have the salad separate from my usual kebab meat and fryes. Next time I will go to a professional takeaway.

We enjoyed fresh pizzas made with tasty ingredients, prepared right in front of us. We ordered more than 10 pizzas for our group and they were all delicious.

I have been ordering from Jimmy's for years and I have never had a negative experience. The pizzas are both tasty and reasonably priced, and the garlic dip complements them perfectly. The crust is fluffy and the portions of toppings are generous. I will exclusively order pizza from Jimmy's moving forward.
